WE BELIEVE IN CHANGE

“On our September ‘18 Zambia trip, we met a 4 year old girl named Samantha. She was one of the many orphans in the country, but one of the few that were able to live in an orphanage. The orphanage that she lived in, like many others in Zambia, was hardly a place to call home. 4 walls and someone to oversee them was the extent of care extended to these orphans ranging from 3 months to 4 years. We found out Monday morning that she died that night from a disease caused by malnutrition. Children like Samantha are perishing DAILY. According to studies, there are over 1.4 million orphans in Zambia. With the country being similar to the size of Texas, this gives Zambia the highest per capita orphan rate in the world.

Our organization, The Guardians of Hope, is more ready that ever to get feet on the ground and literally SAVE LIVES and spread hope that is fading.
